Infogroup, a provider of business data and marketing solutions, has acquired Specialized Fundraising Services in Spartanburg, S.C. (SFS). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Lisa Greene, SFS’s founder and a direct response fundraising industry veteran, will become part of the executive team of the Infogroup Nonprofit Division. The Infogroup Nonprofit Division resides in the Infogroup Media Solutions business unit.
Founded in 2005, SFS provides highly personalized “boutique” style direct marketing services to the nonprofit marketplace. Greene, with more than 30 years of experience in the direct marketing industry, is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Direct Marketing Association. She has served on the operating committee for the DMA’s nonprofit council.

Greene and her team will be based in Spartanburg, S.C., and Greene will report to Littlefield.
