EveryAction, a software provider for nonprofit fundraisers has acquired DonorTrends with the help of venture fund Insight Partners. The deal follows EveryAction’s partnership with Insight Partners last August, through which Insight Partners provides capital for the company’s growth.
EveryAction also acquired ActionKit this past May and will continue to be active with additional acquisitions, according to the company.
“We are excited to continue to drive innovation in the nonprofit space, this time by bringing the fundraising insights of the DonorTrends team to the 15,000 organizations that use EveryAction, said EveryAction CEO Stu Trevelyan via a statement.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. DonorTrends will become a division of EveryAction, headed by Caity Craver, CEO of DonorTrends and Ben Miller its chief analytic officer.
DonorTrends product is actionable data and analytics while EveryAction is a constituent relationship management system of digital, fundraising and organizing SaaS products.
EveryAction is headquartered in Washington, D.C., with another office in Boston. Direct Response innovator, Roger Craver is a DonorTrends investor.
