Celebrities Competing Online For Donors

A dozen celebrities representing as many charities have one month to raise as much money as they can with an ultimate prize of winning $25,000. But the Mozilla Firefox Challenge, launched by Crowdrise and Mozilla, isn’t limited to the 12 celebrities.

Mozilla, the nonprofit behind the open source web browser Firefox, started each celebrity-charity team off with a $5,000 donation.

The team that raises the most money on Crowdrise.com by Jan. 12, 2012 will win the $25,000 prize for their charity.

Management...
5 teams that aren't the Red Sox

There are teams, and there are teams, and in his book “Collaborative Intelligence” J. Richard Hackman asserts there are various types of teams and anyone forming workplace teams should decide first the type of team it needs.
