VIDEO: Developing An Effective Career Network

Did you receive everything you wanted for Christmas this year? If you are a job seeker and haven’t yet found work, chances are you will answer that question with a “no.” While it’s easy to blame the competitive job market for your difficulties, you should also take a look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are doing everything you can to stay ahead of the competition.

One of the best things you can do to improve your chances of landing a job is to network. Marshall Brown, a career coach and CEO of Marshall Brown & Associates, explained in a video on our Career Learning Center that developing an effective career network will help you obtain success in both your career and life.
