The chosen candidate for this position will build and manage teams of faculty, staff and community leaders to pursue external funding opportunities that advance the school’s strategic plan, especially its goal of increasing student success. Applicants must be passionate about education and active leadership in a large, inclusive network of public schools, neighboring colleges and universities, state and local government, and community advocacy groups and agencies.
In addition to the requirements listed above, candidates must possess a Master’s degree from an accredited institution, as well as three or more years of administrative or managerial experience in grant development in the area of higher education. Employees of the college must establish principal residency in the State of New Jersey within 365 days from the date of hire, unless exempt.
