Symmes Foundation seeks to fund organizations that make a positive impact on the lives of Greenville County residents by making gifts to religious, charitable, scientific, literary and educational organizations, and to organizations which work for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals.
The Anne E. Talcott Fund seeks to fund organizations exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes, as well as for testing for public safety, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. Special consideration will be given to organizations that aid the indigent. Grant award sizes range from $1,500 to $15,000.
The Gene Conley Foundation awards grants exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals. The Foundation distributed 28 grants per year with an average size of $2,000 to $20,000. In total, $340,000 in grant funds are distributed each year.
The Bono Brothers Memorial Trust seeks to award grants to Catholic charitable organizations that provide care, support, maintenance, benefit, and education of needy children residing in Marin County, California. The Trust awards four grants per year that have an average size of $5,000 to $7,500.
