Management Tips » Annual Giving
Annual giving is one of the most important aspects of a nonprofit’s fundraising efforts. There are many ways an organization can go about getting annual gift support, including direct mail, digital solicitations, and telemarketing. The annual giving process begins with donor acquisition. Once this is accomplished, the goal is to repeat the gift and eventually upgrade the gift. When donors develop a deep affinity for an organization they will often give larger gifts. They might even give a planned gift as they get older.
